In looking for a jeweler in Novi, I stumbled upon Jewelers Castle on CitySearch. I'm lead to believe that all of the reviews posted for this place are fraudulent. It's too much of coincidence that every single review is written nin the same voice and mentions Kevin, who must be the owner.\r \r Fraud? I think so. Definitely NOT going to give them a penny of my business. more

My Aunt recommended coming to Diamond Castle Jewelers to get a wedding ring for my girlfriend. I had such an amazing experience. Kevin was great in informing me and giving me recommendations based on the information I supplied him. It was an incredible experience, he ordered the sapphire stones for me immediately after requesting them and the whole process took me about 3 days to get everything done. Great customer service! They are really here to help you pick out the right stuff. I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Castle Jewelers. Definitely recommend to anyone in search of nice jewelry. more

I can't say enough good things about Kevin and Diamond Castle! I actually live in FL and needed a very detailed custom $30k engagement ring done and was frustrated with the chains down around here (pricing, timing, & service wise). A friend recommended Kevin up in MI and said that they have advanced CAD systems to design whatever I wanted and I would not even know it was being done out of state (i.e. everything could be done via phone and e-mail). They nailed the design, they accomodated all my fickle tweaks / changes to the design w/in 24 hours each time without making me feel like I was a pest, they got it all done in well under HALF the time that anyone in Orlando could have done, and Kevin absolutely killed them on price...and I mean really killed them. I will have all my jewelry needs done for the rest of my life by Diamond Castle....no matter where I am living! Too easy, too good, too custom, too fast, and too competitive on price. This is high end jewelry done easy and it is a no brainer. These guys are good and will win your confidence. Save yourself time and money and hit them up!!! more

I'm the kind of person who likes to shop around and do her research. My boyfriend and I were talking about getting engaged so I googled engagement rings and went to multiple stores then went to Diamond Castle. I went in the store having a specific style and design in mind. After looking at rings and talking with Sue, she helped me find something that I liked even better than what I originally had in mind. She was such great help! She helped me find something that fit my style, my personality, and looked great on my hand! Not only did she help me find something beautiful, but she helped me get ""more bang for my buck"".. or my fiance's buck if you will. She told me all about the different bands, the cuts and colors of stones, etc. After getting engaged I came in to get the ring resized and it was ready for me to pick up after I ran a couple of errands the same day! Fred, Christine, and Kevin are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They truly enjoy helping people with their jewelry needs, and especially with picking out engagement rings! Making the customer happy, makes them happy. I will never go to a different jewelry store - no matter how far away I live. If customer service and quality jewelry are important to you then don't think twice about going here. more
