I had been searching websites and all of the large corporate jewelry stores you hear about advertised on TV and couldn't find the service and quality I was looking for in an engagement ring. I heard about Diamond Castle Jewelers while watching a Tigers game and decided to check them out. I was impressed with the customer service and the fact that Kevin, one of the owners, was not a pushy salesman just trying to sell another peace of jewelry. He took the time to educate me on what is important while purchasing an engagement ring and what ring would be the right fit for my soon to be fiancee. And let us be honest to the fact that price does matter to most of us and I couldn't beat the prices that Diamond Castle has even compared to online wholesalers. I will recommend Diamond Castle to all of my friends, family, and continue to shop there for all of my jewelry needs. Thank you Kevin and thank you Diamond Castle. Great selection, quality products, and terrific costomer service 2/14/2007

My husband and I purchased our engagement and wedding rings at Diamond Castle Jewelers. The people gave us a warm welcome and treated us with respect. They were simply nice to us and down-to-earth. What I really noticed and appreciated was how our sales consultant really wanted us to be pleased with our purchase. The selection of styles throughout the store are tremendous. All the ring designs are beautiful and the diamonds are gorgeous! I get so many complements on my ring. I also love looking at the crystal knicknacks that are displayed in the open. I highly recommend trying Diamond Castle before a person settles on a jewelry purchase elsewhere. more

Diamon Castle was recommeded to me by two friends for purchasing an engagement ring. I went to several different stores before going to Diamond Castle. I am glad I listened to my friends! The personnel were extremely helpful, friendly and helped me get the perfect ring. They actually went to a store where I saw the perfect ring (that was a little too small) and had one custom designed just like it with a larger diamond. It turned out amazing and my fiance LOVED it!! Every where we go she gets compliments and people rave about how beautiful it is. If you are in the market for an engagement ring, don't overlook these guys. Check them out and I bet you will not regret it in the least. The only negatives I can think of (and it wasn't a big deal) is that it took three weeks instead of two to get the ring, and they goofed my financing, but cut me a check the next day when they realized the mistake. Although I had visited a few stores and found what I wanted in Chicago (where I live), I decided to make the trip in to the Detroit area to at least meet with Kevin based on my friend's strong recommendation to do so. Not only did I find that Kevin is an expert, but I also found his store and service are second to none. After meeting with Kevin, I decided to purchase my engagement ring through him. I provided Kevin with a picture of what I had decided on, and he had the exact same ring constructed for me from scratch. That said, my fiancée now has the perfect ring and the only one of its kind. I strongly recommend taking the time to at least go in and meet with Kevin to hear the most honest information you could possibly be provided with.
