He was very skilled in what he did (replaced a water heater) and explained everything very well. Obviously I'm a pretty happy camper when it comes to Dial One Johnson Plumbing. I found them in the phone book and I just called them and they came out. I had a water leak in the slab, and they gave me a reasonable price to do what I needed done. They came out when they said they would, they were here on time so I didn't have to wait on them, and everything they told me they would do they did, and they did it exactly when they said they would do it, which is unusual for a plumber. I was extremely happy with them, so I called to tell them that they were exceptional. I was very happy with how they conducted themselves, and everything about them was good. I've had many plumbing experiences during my 15 years in Dallas, but Brad from DialOne was tops. Like most emergencies, mine happened on a weekend! I called my regular plumber, knowing they probably didn't have anyone on weekend duty. No call back from them. Then a neighbor recommended your company. I called, spoke with a very friendly and efficient lady, and in about an hour Brad was at my door. He unclogged my sewer line (saving me from a horrible mess) and my house was soon back to normal. If I had known about you years ago, I could have avoided much anxiety. In future, I'll call you for any problems. more

James fixed a tub problem that I thought was impossible. He did it quickly and took the time to explain exactly what he did as well as draw a diagram to show me how my tub is plumbed. James B. came to our rescue-he worked dilengently to secure our problems-he worked with super experience knowledgeable of work -worked cleanly-he was clean in his person-he was respectful-which is my super excellent recommendation-whom wants a dirty plumbing job?? Not us! He had patience with his work-did not hurry to complete job-he made sure all job was done expertly-he was conservative with our water-our graditude to James B and Johnson Plumbing-because we are old and some day we might not be able to afford a plumber-they are affordable-we joined Johnson's Diamond club-we pray not to have to use it but. . .for now we are being cauious-when the day arrives we cannot afford the food prices going up-we might have to someday cancel this diamond club plan but. . .for now-we are just dropping one dozen eggs and one gallon of milk weekly to pay for Johnson Plumbing Diamond club. I have insurance with Home Services, and I called them about a water leak. They sent out Dial One Johnson Plumbing to fix it. They were very courteous, and fast to get down here and take care of everything. They were nice, and explained what they were doing and everything. This was my first time using them, and I was very pleased. I'm on social security, so I didn't have to pay a dime. I would certainly recommend them. more

Even though James B. came to my house for a minor adjustment in one of my toilet tanks, he did his job with a great deal of competence and professionalism. I have used Dial One Johnson Plumbing three times and each time has been marvelous! For example, they had to reschedule an appointment I had with them and they ended up coming on a weekend, but the didn't charge me the weekend rates because they were the ones that rescheduled. They were able to work on the issue quickly and professionally, because it was my outside faucets that had frozen. They worked quietly, and we didn't even know they were there until they were finished. They left the area cleaner than when they started. It was Michelle's brother who came out and explained what needed to be done so that we were comfortable with everything they were going to do.
