miss leading and far to costly 9/9/2013

I called Dial One Johnson Plumbing and told them that I had a slab leak. I was told that it would cost $49. to have a plumber come out and locate the leak. When the plumber arrived he told me the service call was $49. and to find the leak was $333. and that he would be 100% accurate in locating the leak. At this point I let him go and find it. Then they wanted $3345. to fix the leak. and I would have to find someone else to fix the tile floor. I called another plumber he came out the next day fixed the leak for $500. including the tile. Also his 100% was 2 1/2 feet off. more

Very positive experience, from the girl who answered the phone with a very pleasant "How can we make you smile today". To our Plumber Brian who was very informative, helpful and was able to answer any question asked. One of the best experiences we have had with a service oriented company. I have definitely found the Plumbing company we will use. They were also great about calling to tell us when they would be here and showed up during the time window they gave. more

I have been using the same plumber in my home for years but after a bad customer service experience on his last visit I decided to find a new plumber. Excellent knowledgeable Quick Service 8/28/2013

Tony Martinez quickly assessed our problems and quoted prices for repair and/or replacement. I asked him about coupons and discounts and he told me to go on line to get the coupon while he installed a new outside water valve. He quickly completed his work. It is always a pleasure to work with a pleasant knowledgeable professional. We will ask for Tony the next time we have a plumbing need. Everyone I talked to was professional and personable. The tech who came to my house handled a difficult task with expertise and he even liked my cat (who laid on his legs while he was under the sink!) Price estimate not even in ballpark 3/5/2013

Estimate for hot water heater was over twice the typical price at $1900. Even tried to charge 4 times the cost of the city permit. Found out later that dial1 johnson had told me incorrectly about city plumbing codes and I didnt need the rubbish they were adamant that I had to have to pass city inspection! more

Most efficient, courteous and professional plumbers around! 1/4/2013

This is the second time I've used Johnson Plumbing (two separate and unrelated issues) and I have been more than impressed with the professionalism of the two technicians - Antonio (1st visit) and Mark (second visit). Both arrived on time, gave me a thorough estimate of their work prior to starting, worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Brad Bookman was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. He evaluated the situation and then explained the two possible solutions. Thankfully, he was able to fix the leak under my sink without having to replace the main line. Replaced a leaking hot water heater. 4/20/2012

Brad came to my home on Tuesday April 17 to install an new Hot Water Heater. My old one just began leaking and it was time to replace it. Brad took care of the problem quickly and in a professional manner. Dial One has always repaired the plumbing needs at my house with excellent service. Thanks Brad and Dial One. Shower Leak 3/23/2012

Brad came out and found the source of our leak and did so quickly. We had 5 other plumbers come out to look at the problem and failed. If we ever have any problems in the future we would LOVE to have Brad come out and fix the problem. more

Brad Bookman came to my home late Saturday night, took his time to explain to me what he was going to do and then what he found wrong with my plumbing. He respected my flowers and yard and cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed and when and if I have a problem again I will call this company and ask for Brad.
