I've had many plumbing experiences during my 15 years in Dallas, but Brad from DialOne was tops. Like most emergencies, mine happened on a weekend! I called my regular plumber, knowing they probably didn't have anyone on weekend duty. No call back from them. Then a neighbor recommended your company. I called, spoke with a very friendly and efficient lady, and in about an hour Brad was at my door. He unclogged my sewer line (saving me from a horrible mess) and my house was soon back to normal. If I had known about you years ago, I could have avoided much anxiety. In future, I'll call you for any problems.
