Great Job! 1/8/2014

Brian was courteous, personable, and professional. The work was quickly completed and I felt that Brian was conscientious about making sure that the problem was corrected before leaving my residence. The service was more costly than I think was a fair price for the service that was done, but a small discount was extended to me. more

Woke up to a big leak this morning. 10/25/2013

My wife left for work this morning to find a lot of water pouring out the back of our yard. I called Dial 1 and Antonio was at the house in about an hour. It was a leak in our sprinkler system. He shut off the water to the system. He asked about how well the sprinkler system worked (not very well) and agreed that the best solution was to just leave the thing turned off. He didn't try to do work that would only cost me more money on a sprinkler system that has failed on a regular basis. Thanks to Antonio and Dial 1. Efficient, courteous and honest. I hope we don't need to call you any time soon, but we keep your number on speed dial. more

I can't begin to express my satisfaction with the job performed by Chris and James. I had a slab leak at my house and the work was spotless. The professionalism displayed was not expected from this type of destructive work. They were like surgeons with the way they took the original tiles out and minimized damage. Then walked me through every step to the process. This may be the best service from a company that I have had at my house. I really appreciate the work they do. Water Heater 10/15/2013

My dad used Dial 1 when he replaced his water heater two years ago. So when my water heater went out I asked him who he used and if he was happy with them. He recommended them to me and I would recommend them to anybody that needs a plumber. Antonio, did the installation. He was great! Ordered the part on the spot 10/14/2013

I worked with Justin at Dial One and while my call was to clean up a botched Reverse Osmosis instillation, he was tremendous in being thorough. He even called the maker of the system and ordered the part on the spot for me. I love great customer service, and today was better than my expectation! Thanks all! more

Another good job 10/8/2013

I have had several experiences and have always been satisfied. This time we met James... On time, professional, and knowledgeable. He had the materials needed on his truck to repair and outside faucet that leaked rather than and extensive into a wall replacement.
