Dhe Computer Systems

Laptop was still under warranty - Toshiba recommended we bring in to DHE Computer Systems. DHE found visual exterior damage on the unit witch voids the warranty (Reasonable). At this point DHE Computer systems should have called me and explained there is now going to be a charge to look at this unit. Instead they continue to diagnose the system and find no issues. Dan Hammock sent- ""The symptoms you mentioned were all software problems. If you had known how to fix the issue yourself, you would not have needed us or Toshiba"" after we complained about the unauthorized charge. more

Excelent customer service, time frame on diagnostic, they fixed my laptop within 48 hours. Thanks guys. I will be there next time. more

Don't trust the other reviews! Seriously, These folks know what they are doing. They have been doing it for 20+ years since I have know them. Once again, they Fixed my PC quickly. And this time quicker than they promised. They are always Fast, they called me quickly, and it happened just like they said it would. Thanks to all the folks @ DHE!! While nice and friendly.... my computer turned out horribly. I waited months and months for it, jumping through many hoops only to get it back exactly the same. Not only are all of the problems still apparent, there was all sorts of nasty crud inside my keys that I know wasn't there when I cleaned it before bringing it in. Also, I was told my LCD was replaced, but upon turning it, I can see that a blotch is still on the side of the LCD.. it's the same LCD I gave them. As it was a problem with the computer company more than the DHE, but there are still SERIOUS issues on DHE's end. I'd probably take my computer elsewhere, and I won't be buying the same brand I did any time soon. more

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I checked a laptop in for a simple repair (Broken AC Jack on the motherboard), only because Asus recommended I go to a local certified repair location. After three weeks without contact I received a call asking for my password (which I had given at check in) I could hear the windows log-on after the first attempt, yet the technician insisted it had not and asked if I use any other passwords, even going to far as to ask for other personal passwords in case I had been mistaken when I filled out my check in sheet. Only after I contacted the owner directly did I receive any update on the status of the actual work being done my laptop. After nearly a month I was contacted and told they COULD NOT DO THE WARRANTY REPAIR WORK ON THE LAPTOP. But they did offer to upgrade the RAM for a huge mark up ($200 to upgrade to 4gb). Terrible people, completely incapable of what they advertise, condescending, and rude. Also completely undeserving of any level of trust. more

I?m an IT guy for a small engineering company. I have bought many computers from DHE; everything from laptops to servers. They have always been there to help us out from tech support on a server to load fans; they really do take care of their costumers even after you have made purchase from them. There people are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. I now purchase every computer from them because I know I?m going to get a good price and that I?m taken care of if anything happens!
