While nice and friendly.... my computer turned out horribly. I waited months and months for it, jumping through many hoops only to get it back exactly the same. Not only are all of the problems still apparent, there was all sorts of nasty crud inside my keys that I know wasn't there when I cleaned it before bringing it in. Also, I was told my LCD was replaced, but upon turning it, I can see that a blotch is still on the side of the LCD.. it's the same LCD I gave them. As it was a problem with the computer company more than the DHE, but there are still SERIOUS issues on DHE's end. I'd probably take my computer elsewhere, and I won't be buying the same brand I did any time soon.
