Desert Tint

This place is a joke! You are lucky if you got good service, because the few people I've spoken to that went here had nothing but problems. Between all of us, we witnessed: alcoholics and druggies spending more time on cell phones using their ""at work time"" to schedule meetings, to cheat on their ""mates""! It is disgusting- and the owner isn't excluded in these observations! They're ALL just a bunch of losers, with women at home, planning & executing affairs, that do a little tinting in between... VERY UNprofessional, untrained, ill mannered, and deceitful. It should be shut down as far as I'm concerned. Thank you for letting me share- maybe I'll save a person or two from witnessing rubbish that would make anyone uphauled! more

I brought my new car to get tinted last Saturday they were very busy but they still got my car done in less than the time that they had estimated. The job was perfect good .All recommend all my friends ... more

I brought a new 2012 Toyota here 4/30/12 This is a 27 k new auto ! The shop is dirty and a hustle! THEY LIE and tell you anything to make a sale!THEY put an illegal shade of tint on my side windows! A little guy with light brown hair and glasses told me for an extra $ fifty dollars he would put a clear tint on windshield! I waited 3 hours! FROM the outside it looked good! THEY do very shoddy work and it is illegal to cover the wind shield with TINT! 15 PERCENT IS ILLEGAL! Chris the manager says it looks great! If you like swirls and bubbles and 1/2 inch gap on windows come here! more

We took a brand new car to have the front two windows tinted to match the rest of the car. While it wasn't a perfect match, it looked satisfactory and I was willing to live with it. What I wasn't able to live with however were the numerous pockets of air (bubbles) that failed to disappear after sitting in the sun for over 1 month on/off. I called Desert Tint and they seemed to want to make it right. I returned and waited two hours while they worked on two small passenger windows. Well, guess what...this one came out even worse and it was done by their manager Jimmy. I even mentioned before I left that window application looked unusually bubbly, but was assured these would disappear. They didn't go away and the streaking and bubbles got even worse after 10 solid days in the sun. I didn't even garage my car to ensure against bubbles/streaking! I took it back for the third time, apalled at the incompetent window tinting services I've experienced with the purpose of taking this crap off my windows and getting my money back. Chris, the owner, said he couldn't do that but offered yet again to re-apply the tint. I figured nothing could be as bad as what Jimmy did, so I let him. After two weeks...you guessed it, bubbles and streaks (the kind that don't go away). Remember, this was on a brand new 2012 car with pristine windows that don't have the pitting, scratches, blemishes that older windows have. This is the easiest job for a window tint shop! I can't imagine what my car would've looked like if I had asked for the entire car done with these guys. They offer great prices and very friendly customer service. It pains me to write this review because their staff is really focused on customer service. Unfortunately, they lack skill and quality control that should not be overlooked. If you are willing to live with tint that looks bubbly and has a lot of streaks, I would recommend them. If you expect a higher standard for your hard earned dollars, go somewhere else. I never got my money back, and I wasted time that I'll never see again. more

i just got my tint done at Desert Tint in March 2012 and I highly recommend them!! They not only took great care of my car but they are great with customer service .....plus they also do glass replacement. I couldn't be happier i love this place and will be back for my boat and other car..... more

I have gotten my tint done at this place back in May (2011) and I highly recommend them!! I recently took my friend to Desert Tint to replace a broken door mirror and they did a perfect install and match for nearly 3/4 the cost of what a dealership would charge!! Chris and his crew are really good at what they do. They are honest and affordable, and not only was I pleased with my tint, but also the fact that they can do fix any automotive glass problem!! I was very impressed with the tint job that was done to my car. Priort to going to Desert Tint, I called around to get pricing. the competitiors were either higher, or lower with no warranty. Well Desert Tint has a lifetime Warranty, and the job was less than an hour! I was in and out in no time! I love the results!!!! more

I had my jaguar tinted there my car is for shows only they did such a great work not just that i was out of therein no time talk obout the price i shopped around the cheapest in town ill recommend DESERT TINT to anybody im a happy camper. more
