Reliable, Professional People 1/2/2018

The service I got with Desert Suns Heating and Cooling was good. I had a mix-up initially where I found a card with a guy's name on it and I gave him a call. The card said "Desert Suns", but I found out later that he doesn't actually work for them anymore. I don't know where I got the card from, but he was a hack. He was no good. So I called the Desert Suns office number and I got someone on the line. They sent one of their representatives out. He was a young guy, I think his name was Patrick. He was real good. He diagnosed the problem and went and got the part he needed. He came back, put the part in, and got things working again. I was real happy with them. I learned something important from this. Always go through the company, don't hire someone who is self-employed. That way you always have a recourse for any problems you have in the future. The guy they sent out was great, though. He called ahead of time and kept in touch to let me know when he'd be there. He was pretty knowledgeable. I will defintiely use their service again. If you want good people and you find a compnay that has reliable, professional people, then you should use them again and again. Why take a chance? more

Efficient and Professional 12/27/2017

Desert Suns Heating & Cooling Inc was recommended by a friend of mine who had used them many times, and they came out for me on a spur-of-the-moment problem. I had a problem with the furnace in my attic, which was not operating properly, as the air was not flowing freely. The guy came out and addressed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and very professional. I had asked for them to call before they came over, which they did. They were polite, and said what I needed to hear. They're not my regular plumber, but my previous one diagnosed my furnace with something completely wrong, which the guy from Desert Suns was able to fix. Even though it was after-hours, they still gave me their holiday discount, and did not take advantage of my situation. I appreciated that. more

Accuracy needs improvement 12/6/2017

The supervisors and employees are kind, supportive and helpful. However, the system had to go through five inspections instead of the two which were required. The heater, after being hooked up from the cooler, was connected in the wrong place. I suggested a checklist for the employees, which would be tied to the inspections. more

I called with a pressing heating problem. the service rep diagnosed the problem promptly and had the required part on the truck. he fixed it and accepted a.credit card for payment. excellent service in every way. more

Professional and Efficient! 11/10/2017

I hired Desert Suns Heating & Cooling Inc., recently, to fix my air conditioner. I called them in the morning, and, because they were fully booked for the day, they told me they that it wouldn't be until after-hours, that day, that they could make it over. Because it was after-hours, I had to pay their overtime rate, but they were upfront about communicating that, and overall, I'd say that they have very fair prices. They arrived, as they said they would, and were impressively efficient at identifying and solving the problem. I really appreciated their professionalism and competency. They did great work, and will definitely be my new go-to company for all related work. more

Thanks for making the total experience so easy for me. I was pleased with the personnel who installed the units they were real professionals who installed both units and cleaned up after completing the job.If I ever need any HVAC wok done again I will call them first more

Great Service And Company! 10/6/2017

I have been using Desert Suns Heating & Cooling for roughly 5-6 years. I have had a very good interaction with the company in the past. They have serviced my heater and my cooler in the past and have done an amazing job. I am currently in a new residence and I will continue to use their service. I find that the staff is very professional and easy to work with. I think that the quality of their service is really consistent, so I would absolutely recommend them to other people, and I would continue to use them in the future. I give them five stars all around! more
