I set up an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday morning and the technician was supposed to come in 8-12 in the morning. I called them back and asked them for a narrower time so I was told that I was second in appointment line and it will be around 9:00am. I called them at 9:30am on Thursday and the operator told me that they don't know when their tech will be in my house but it should not be too long. I called them at 11:30 and was told to wait until they get a hold of their tech. They later called back and said that their tech is held up and will be able to come in at least an hour or so.
Here is why I give them low marks: the operator could be courteous enough to call the tech earlier. I had to take time off from work sitting at home waiting for their people. At least be courteous to monitor your appointments and inform your customers if you know you are not going to make them on time! Interestingly, after talking to the operator (who was very nice by the way), he did not seem to care a bit about my business and did not even offer to schedule another time. Very interesting customer service!
