Of all the customers Dependable Dodge works on every day, only 2 people are on here upset about something. I think that's pretty freaking good! When people are really happy about their service, they rarely yelp about it. This is by far the least shady dealership I've ever had experience with. The employees are always ready to help their customers. I wish I could give them 6 stars! My diesel Ram runs top notch thanks to their skilled diesel techs. Kudos boys! more

the 1-year old Minivan that i purchased came with only one key (it was previously a rental vehicle.) i bought the van and left the lot without a second key. when i got home i realized that, of course, i needed a back-up key. when i called, they first said i would have to pay $200 to make a second key and after a very simple painless conversation they agreed to make a key for me for free. i know a lot of dealerships would have said, sorry, we already finalized our negotiations, you have to pay for a second key. more

After my purchase, I had a hands free bluetooth system installed. Pete called me the same day of my purchase to schedule the appointment for the installation. He made a point to meet with me the day of my appointment and introduced me to Brian in Service. Brian did an excellent job with the installation and explained what he was going to do before starting the job. He completed the job on time and the hands free system operates perfectly! more

Stopped in 1/2 hour before closing on a Saturday night just to look at a Charger Ralley for my daughter with no intent to puchase, just inquire. The saleman, Freddie, was very friendly and proffesional, along with Susannah; sales manager, and John (owner). They made me a deal that was too good to pass on!!! When I first started looking for a new truck, I contacted a number of dealers in my area through the internet and Dependable Dodge was the only dealer that took the time to actually answer all of my questions questions. I was fortunate enough to work with Pete Nicholls who provided me with a painless buying experience overall. I ended up ordering my truck from the factory and Pete took the time to work through all of the options with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without trying to pressure me into buying things I didn't want or need. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options. When my truck was built and arrived in California, Pete was able to expedite the delivery to the dealership before I had to go out of town on Vacation so it didn't so I could get the truck before I had to leave. Overall the buying experience was painless and as close to enjoyable as buying a new truck can be. I would recommend Dependable Dodge and especially recommend Pete Nicholls. more

We quickly came to agreement on price, and the website allowed me to select the specific vehicle I was interested in before I had even visited. Very friendly staff, very forthcoming, and they communicated everything in a very straightforward manner. I really couldn't ask for much more. My girlfriend and I spent months shopping for just the right vehicle for us. We fell in love with and purchased a used Plumb Crazy Purple 2010 Dodge Challenger. We are in love with this car! Unfortunately, we soon discovered that due to an unreported accident by the original owner, the front bumper needed to be repaired to restore it back to its pristine condition. I took my Challenger to several, highly recommended auto body shops for estimates. I also brought my Challenger to Moises at the Dependable Dodge Body Shop. Moises was a pleasure to speak to about this situation and proved himself to be a wealth of dependable knowledge. Contrary to what we thought would be the results of the estimates, Dependable Dodge gave the lowest estimate... and the bonus of having factory warranty coverage for the repairs.\r \r We turned our beloved car to Moises and have no regrets! He not only made sure we had a loan vehicle ready to go he kept us well informed of the progress. We received our Challenger back good as new and that makes us very happy!\r \r I can't express my appreciation enough for how we were treated by Moises and how please we are with the repairs.. in fact, we are so pleased that we are poised to bring our Challenger back to him again to repair the rear bumper that was recently damaged in an accident. I don't know how much luck my poor Challenger has, but we feel lucky to have come across such a wonderful, honorable service representative in Moises. more
