This shop does good work for a great value. Lets face it body shops, along with every other business is out to make profit so I don't know why some people complain about mechanics so much.If your car has something wrong with it you are paying for the technicians knowledge, time, skill, and parts (in some cases). I like this shop because their work is good. more

These people are in charge of my cars. My car is too big an investment to just let anyone mess around under the hood! I have been going into their shop for about 4 years now. The shop is clean. The floors are clean. Martha Stewart may not have decorated their waiting area, but I don't go there to get decorating tips. These people fixed my car. They charged me a fair price and they say funny things while I am in the office paying my bill. I have started getting the oil changed there too. more

I have been in and out of this shop with my cars, my kids cars, my wifes car, and referred them to many of my friends. Many of my single women friends go back because Chris always tells them the truth, doesn't overcharge, and does what he says is going to do. more

My family has been bringing our cars to Dennis Road Automotive way before I was born. They have always treated us with respect and have alwyas done an honest job. They always call and give us a diagnostic before they work on our cars and ask permission before doing anything. They always give us best and worst case scenarios. They never nickel and dime you, instead giving you the best price possible. I will never take my care anywhere else. Dennis Road goes above and beyond and their customer service is truly exemplary. I have been going to Dennis Road for 4 years now. This is the most trustworthy and honest shop I have ever dealt with. The guy in the office, James, will be straight forward with you. Where other shops try to sell every part known to man, James will let you know if you can get by without doing certain repairs or if the safety and reliability of your vehicle will be affected. I came here after Just Brakes quoted me 1500 dollars on a brake job on my car with 40,000 miles. Discount Tire had reffered my friend to Dennis Road, so I stopped by to get a second estimate. James said I did not even need my rotors replaced, and they just installed new pads. 30,000 miles later It is still going strong. The Customer Service is great and I have reffered all my family and friends. If your looking for honest hardworking people this is the shop for you. They will do the right thing and do everything in their power to satisfy their customer. more

I've been going there for about 3 years, and I've always been happy with the service and prices.\r \r To the reviewer below: Why is it "obvious" that the 'Kim' review is done by a friend? It looks like an ordinary review to me. The only thing thats obvious here is that these bad reviews were written by the same person. My advice to you, "Vick", is to not enter any spelling bees...or any second-grade writing contests. more

When I have Rodney check a car I know it will be done with love and kindness. The mechanics carefully and thoroughly tend to the cars they work on. Since 1997 they have worked on our Blazer, our Neon, our Sante Fe, and an old Chevy Century all with complete satisfaction on our part. Pros: Honesty above all else. Reviews on the Internet are a joke. A business competitor of any business can publish any rubbish that they like. It?s nothing but Ratings Spam. Pros: Don't cheat you Cons: Sometimes they're really busy, people seem to love them more

this place is the worst expeirnce i have ever had in any automotive rleated repair. The people are rude and ubnoxious, this person james running the place is no good and the most rude person. talking to customers like they are a fool or dont know anything. I would tell you up front not to go and waist your money at this place an trust these people with your vehicle. Pros: NO GOOD WAIST OF TIME Cons: U WILL BE DISPOINTED more

Rosie, James and Kevin have taken excellent care of all my cars and made sure this grandma always has a safe, reliable, good running vehicle... Pros: Most honest automotive shop I've ever discovered! James and Kevin are awesome. I have sent many friends to Dennis Road over the years, and they are always pleased with the fair prices and good work- as am I. Keep in mind that most people only write reviews on the internet when they are mad, and there are people who are never satisfied with anything, regardless of how well they are treated. more

My cars had gone to Dennis Road for many years. It's the kind of place my parents went to when they were young and now me and my brothers have too. Rosemary is the owner and a nice lady, her dad had started the business many years ago and had a wonderful shop. She took over when he died. Steve was the manager for a long time and a good guy. Now James and Kevin both work as managers. Kevin is very nice and knowledgable about cars. James is sometimes rude and I've often thought if the quality of my work is a reflection of his rudeness. He seems to be the main manager. I finally got a new car so I don't need repair now. The shop can do really good work and always busy, the mechanics are good. I think my concern is the manager. Bottom line, good shop but you may want to have kevin help you. more

it is amazing how someone "lisa" can complain about the work done on her jeep. she failed to mention the engine was out of warranty. she also did not tell about the thousands of dollars in free parts and labor she got. also she came back many times after the problems were resolved. does this sound like someone that was so unhappy? more

We brought our cars to Dennis Road Automotive for years. At first it was nothing to bring the car back after being repaired but then it became a recurring event. The work was never done right the first time but they were willing to fix it and take care of the situation each time we brought it back. It became a joke when we would pick up the cars and see how long it would be before we had to take it back in. The biggest blunder of all was when James the manager recommended an engine that should not have gone in the car to begin with. We were relying on his expertise when replacing the motor. The engine blew and I had to pay half the cost to get another motor since it was just a few months out of warranty. The car was constantly going in to the shop unitl it finally blew. The second motor (put in by Dennis Road) was put in and the car ran horribly so we took it back in. Two more motors were put in at their cost and then they finally wised up and called the dealership to see what kind of motor was needed to go in the car. A fifth engine was put in (factory built). It was a nightmare and I feel totally cheated by this company. I should not have had to pay for the second motor due to their incompetency but they would not budge. more

If you need your auto repaired, this is a great place. Ask for Rodney. He is honest and reliable. The turn around time in getting your auto fixed is good. The customer service is second to none. more
