Review content:
We brought our cars to Dennis Road Automotive for years. At first it was nothing to bring the car back after being repaired but then it became a recurring event. The work was never done right the first time but they were willing to fix it and take care of the situation each time we brought it back. It became a joke when we would pick up the cars and see how long it would be before we had to take it back in. The biggest blunder of all was when James the manager recommended an engine that should not have gone in the car to begin with. We were relying on his expertise when replacing the motor. The engine blew and I had to pay half the cost to get another motor since it was just a few months out of warranty. The car was constantly going in to the shop unitl it finally blew. The second motor (put in by Dennis Road) was put in and the car ran horribly so we took it back in. Two more motors were put in at their cost and then they finally wised up and called the dealership to see what kind of motor was needed to go in the car. A fifth engine was put in (factory built). It was a nightmare and I feel totally cheated by this company. I should not have had to pay for the second motor due to their incompetency but they would not budge.
