A couple of months ago, I contacted Bob Tillis at the Morse Road location and explained to him that I had just purchased a vehicle from another dealer in Columbus. After driving the 2004 Taurus for two and a half weeks, the other dealer called me and said they were having trouble getting me approved for the 13% interest rate which I left the dealership at and I would need to resign paperwork at a 21% rate. My payment would go from $303 per month to nearly $400 per month. I asked Bob if I had any options at all. He was very patient and friendly. Even though I have had credit issues in the past, he never criticized me or berated me like other dealers had done. He explained that they had a relationship with some of the credit unions in Columbus and could probably work for me and get me approved at a good interest rate. I gave him my information and within 15 minutes he called with the good news that I would be approved. Pros: Knowledgeable Sales Staff, Very Friendly, No Pressure
