Even though I know nothing about cars and even when I explain the problem or weird sound, they just take care of it without charing an arm and a leg. I love them and they are fant...

Worst

Dennis vastly overcharges you for unneeded repairs. Don't be fooled by the fake rave reviews. I am a real customer who learned the hard way.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! The positive reviews are completely fake. All of the Internet reviews for Dennis Automotive were very negative until June, 2011, after which 160 obviously bogus reviews (all of which have identical grammatical errors and seem like advertisements) appeared on this website. Mysteriously, the good reviews ceased in May, 2012 - a mere 11 months after they started! I am a former customer of Dennis Automotive, as are several people whom I know in real life. We all agree that Dennis Automotive is in business to bilk unknowing consumers out of their hard-earned money by persuading them to agree to expensive, unneeded repairs. We recommend any repair shop over Dennis Automotive. That is, unless you like to be cheated out of your hard-earned money! more

There was no riff-raff! 5/17/2012

I had tires put on by Dennis Automotive. There was no riff-raff and they didn't push the sales pitch. They didn't try to confuse me with "this" and "that". I had gone to other places, and they told me to "add this" and "add this." I went to Dennis Automotive, and all of a sudden, Dennis told me that it was $200 and I was out of there. Bang. They didn't make me feel inferior either. more

I love these guys....finally a place that your car can call a second home. Dealerships may come and go however Dennis Auto will be there for you and your car. I have been taking my auto there forever really; whether it is for a quick and easy oil change or for any major warranty work I can count on them giving me true value on services rendered. A safe and friendly auto place...thank you to all the smiling guys I appreciate all of your hard work through out the years! See you soon ~ more

I think I know why Dennis Auto has so many clients and customers. They take care of us and act like they really enjoy what they're doing.The updates and diagnoses I receive at each visit really assist me with overall car maintenance. They make it easy.Whether it's regularly scheduled service work or some other detail, you know you're always in good hands. I now have 4 new struts and at 110K miles my Toyota has new life. I am so happy and keep referring friends. more

Works Like It Should Again 10/26/2011

Went in for a couple things, e-brake adjustment and to have them check my brakes (I thought I needed to have the brake fluid replaced). The e-brake works like it should again, and they even told me that my brake fluids did not need replacing. Honesty is worth a lot, especially when it comes to auto mechanics. more

Happy 10/25/2011

We've been using Dennis Auto for the past couple of years after being disappointed with the place we had used for 15 years. So far, so good. They seem to understand that we just want to keep our '96 Toyota Corolla running without pouring money into it. Usually they just tell us we need an oil change and we're good to go. Last time we took our car in they pulled out a dent that was there for going on five years at no charge. We've been very happy with their service so far. more
