Even though I know nothing about cars and even when I explain the problem or weird sound, they just take care of it without charing an arm and a leg. I love them and they are fant...

Worst

Dennis vastly overcharges you for unneeded repairs. Don't be fooled by the fake rave reviews. I am a real customer who learned the hard way.

Gained My Trust 10/24/2011

A couple of years ago we had our rotors resurfaced and brake pads replaced because we were constantly hearing squeaking and grinding noises. Well, the same noises came back. Picked up the car and they simply said that the noises were due to rust on the rotors and there is nothing to worry about. They confidently said that the car is completely safe to drive. This really gained my trust and will bring me back to Dennis Automotive. more

I recommend this shop. They are respectful of a tight budget, but does not fool around when it comes to safety, strongly lets you know what is necessary for your car. Pricing is great, and that is mostly what matters to me. more

We Approve 9/22/2011

Dennis Automotive has my very suspicious wife's complete trust. And mine too. Whatever they say needs to be done, we approve, no questions asked (other than information). I don't go to those quick cheaper oil change places because I know Dennis Auto gives my car a complete review. Here's an example of their customer service. I have been out of town and we needed to have some work done on my wife's car. Dennis took her to work and picked her up when her car was ready. Quite a relief for both of us. Dennis Automotive is my partner in keeping both of my 100,000+ mile cars look and run new. more

Fixed Right Away 9/14/2011

I am truly impressed with Dennis Automotive. I took my van in to get worked on, and during that process they discovered another problem. They could have not told me about it and allow the problem to become bigger and more expensive later. However, they fixed the new problem right away. Not many places would have taken the extra effort. Kudos to Dennis Auto! more

My car is always ready at the time they promise and I have never had any problems with the quality of work. Money Left Over 8/19/2011

I went to Dennis Auto Repair because I needed some new tires. I have been saving up for a few months because as we all know tires aren't very cheap. They gave me a great price and I actually spent less then I had saved. I love leaving places with a little money still left in my pocket. more

Well I dealt with Mike at Mike's Auto Forum here in Arlington Heights to handle some issues I was having with my Chevy. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business. more

Great repairs 8/16/2011

I found a good place for my Corolla repair. Sometimes I need just basic service such as a tune up and oil change but this past week I had to have CV joints replaced because it kept making a popping noise upon making left turns. I felt that the service was quick and painless now my car does not make that noise and I feel great. more

Pleasant Surprise 8/12/2011

On a recommendation from a friend, I took my 95 Mercedes Benz C280 for some maintenance needs to Dennis Auto Repair. I was pleasantly surprised! The pricing is great and the service is excellent. The same quote for service was way more at the dealership. I am a very satisfied customer and will be taking my car back here again. more
