Deljo exceeded my expectations on a furnace replacement at my condo in Wicker Park. The salesman was very informative and provided the highest value proposition. To my delight the furnace installers were amazing. All in all a great experience with my furnace replacement. Would highly recommend Deljo Heating & Cooling for HVAC service & replacement. more

Very unreasonable cost for repair job 9/6/2011

Couldn't disagree more with other comment on fair pricing. I can only comment on small repair job -- repairing ducting for two adjacent water heaters. The estimate was for 2 hours of work, and their "flat rate" pricing was $386, + the $89 fee for the service call, for a total of $475. For 2 hours of work and about 4 feet of duct. I sucked up the $89 fee and called another company who did the entire job for $220 total, priced at parts plus labor. Less than half their estimate. The "flat rate" fee approach seemed to give a very unreasonable estimate but they wouldn't budge on it, and you don't know how wacked out it is until you've committed to the $89 service call. more

PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE 6/28/2005

We contacted this company when our furnace bit the dust. The company were prompt in setting up an appointment and on time the day of the appointment. They suggested what we needed and gave a few different options to choose from. They didnt try to steer us to the most expensive model - which most companies try to do. It was suggested that we really only needed one of the middle range furnaces for our home. I was very happy with their installation also. It was quick and they hardly made a mess. Honest and Fairly Priced 6/2/2005

Deljo Heating arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and were courteous. They were very professional and far exceeded my expectations for this type of service. The issues with our furnace were very clearly explained in terms I could understand, and the options were presented to me objectively one option was to take no action and incur no cost. I felt they were fair, and fairly priced, and one really cannot ask for more from a heating & cooling company. more
