Very unreasonable pricing on small repair job, fixing exhaust ducting for two adjacent water heaters. The estimate was for 2 hours of work, and their ""flat rate"" pricing was $386, + the $89 fee for the service call, for a total of $475. For 2 hours of work and about 4 feet of duct. I sucked up the $89 fee and called another company who completed the entire job for $220 total, priced at parts plus labor. Less than half Deljo's estimate. The ""flat rate"" fee approach seemed to give a very unreasonable estimate but they wouldn't budge on it, and you don't know how wacked out it is until you've committed to the $89 service call.
