extremely poor customer service, i purchased an basement entry door 7/2011 in october the lock failed, I called and spoke to Rajieb, he stated some would call to fix lock next week, no call, this went on for several weeks, nver a return or folow up call. the owner Sam is worse, refers everything to rajieb, in Jan went and spoke to Sam, finally in Feb issue resolved. Sam as an owner does not take responsibility for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!! more

I Ordered 3 windows on March 25, 2011 and didn'thave them installed until June 17, 2011. I was scheduled for the installer to get to my house at 10:00 am and they didn't show up until 2:00pm. The job is not finished because the contractor did not fully cap 2 of my windows. I have been calling Delaware Valley since June 24, 2011 for them to complete the job. Everytime I call, there is always an excuse and I am being told that they would call me back. No one from Delaware Valley has ever returned any of my calls but they get an attitude when I keep calling them. Rajieb is very unprofessional and had the ardacity to holler at me when I questioned what was taking soo long for them to complete a service that they were paid for. Rajieb spoke as if he was disciplining a child. I informed Sam of this incident and he immediately covered up for rajieb. To date, my windows are still incomplete. My next action will be to take Delaware Valley to small claims court. more

While Sam seems affable enough with his good ol' boy southern drawl and promises of taking care of you, they do anything but take care of you. Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN ATITUDE WHEN THEY CANT GET THE JOB DONE AS PROMISED more

Upon first entering Delaware Valley Doors & Windows Inc. I was immediately impressed, they have a relatively large showroom that showed me all of my options and more. I was also impressed with the experience and know how exhibited by Sam, the founder, owner, and foremost salesperson of the company. Rajieb, the office manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful when I came in and Sam was not available. After a few days of shopping around I found myself again at Delaware Valley, they did not have the lowest price but their work was well worth it, also displayed in the office are numerous awards and certificates displaying their exemplary work. Also with working with Delaware Valley, I was given so much more than other companies were willing to give at no extra cost, i.e. free estimates, experienced installers, and top of the line materials. After placing the order for my door, Rajieb kept me in the loop about the statues of my door, in a few short weeks my custom door was complete and they had it installed in one day. Their work and attitude was exemplary and in my life I can honestly say that I have not been more impressed with a business. It took Delaware Valley Doors & Windows 7 months to get a new door for my home. Once I waited all this time the installer came out on the 7th month. Sam-The Owner of the business sold me a door off the floor November 20, 2005 . He assured me that my door would fit perfectly. The installer, put my door in March 12,2005. The installer told me he would be back the NEXT day because he needed more supplies. I looked at my door and realized the installer put my door on BACKWARDS!!!!. I immediately called DVDW and talked to Rajibb (the office manager) He assured me they would make it right. Then I surveyed the door again and found that the door was 7inch TOO SHORT for my door jam.
