I Ordered 3 windows on March 25, 2011 and didn'thave them installed until June 17, 2011. I was scheduled for the installer to get to my house at 10:00 am and they didn't show up until 2:00pm. The job is not finished because the contractor did not fully cap 2 of my windows. I have been calling Delaware Valley since June 24, 2011 for them to complete the job. Everytime I call, there is always an excuse and I am being told that they would call me back. No one from Delaware Valley has ever returned any of my calls but they get an attitude when I keep calling them. Rajieb is very unprofessional and had the ardacity to holler at me when I questioned what was taking soo long for them to complete a service that they were paid for. Rajieb spoke as if he was disciplining a child. I informed Sam of this incident and he immediately covered up for rajieb. To date, my windows are still incomplete. My next action will be to take Delaware Valley to small claims court.
