My dad and I have an annual tradition of going here for my birthday. The food, service, ambience, everything is more than top notch. I have never tasted something I didn't like there. Crab cake, chateau potatoes, salmon with tchoupitoulas sauce, and their to-die-for chocolate raspberry cake are just a few of my favorites. Really the best all around restaurant ever. Pros: seafood, impeccable service, dessert Cons: none! more

Del Frisco's Never Again 5/28/2005

I recently had my mother in town and thought we would go to DelJrisco's for what I had read, was a great dining experience. Boy, was I mislead. First, the server, pompous and arrogant treated us like we didn't belong. The food, although edible, was not up to expexctations. After dinner, the ashtray was removed from our table, eventhough we reserved a table in the smoking section. We were told that we couldn't smoke after dinner because there were several large groups seated in our section. Del Frisco's - NEVER AGAIN. more

Excellent! 5/10/2005

An excellent choice for steaks and fine dining. Service is top notch, steaks are cooked EXACTLY how you want them (and are excellent cuts), portions are large, and the wine list is terrific. With lots of different people attending to your every need, you'll feel special even when the restaurant is full. Fresh, hot, bread is brought out every 10 minutes, water glasses are constantly filled, roaming sommolier's offer advice and pour wine, and attendants even serve your side dishes. Atmosphere is excellent with proper lighting and spacing between tables. I can't recommend it enough - my favorite of the fine steakhouses in Denver. Pros: Service, Steaks, Portions more

My Favorite Restaurant 3/8/2005

Last went to this restruarant in August 04 for our 50th annivessary accompanied by family. We had a total of 7 people in our party. Seating was prompt and located in a corner so we could hold a conversation and enjoy the ambiance. Our waitress was excellent and upon learning that it was a special occasion gave us a complimentary glass of champain as well as a complimentary desert. The food has always been outstanding from the appetizar to the desert. This is our favorite restrurant. Pros: exelent steak, outstanding service, valet parking more

Del Frisco's ambience is the best by far and their steaks could never be beat! Definitely not for the penny-pincher, but it is well worth the price. Pros: Great valet, Awesome wines, Best steaks around more

Del Frisco's Double Eagle 3/7/2004

My reservation time was not honored. I had a 20 minute wait in the bar as no other place to sit was available. The ribeye was one third fat. I felt very rushed and was asked several times if I was finished with a course when the plate still contained more than half the food and flatware was not in the ""finished"" position. It was necessary to ask for bread. The restaurant was very noisy and as a couple we were seated in an area that only contained several large groups. Pros: Good parking, Good sommelier, Well stocked bar Cons: , Rushed Atmosphere, Res.time not honored more

Del Frisco's is far, far better than Brooks could hope to be. The steaks are ""consistently"" great, and the people - like Dee Lincoln, and Mark French, bust their booties to please. Nice place. Nice folks. more

Certainly one of Denvers best. Quality service and fantastic food with a not so stuffy atmosphere. This place is top-shelf. My first choice(over Morton's or Brook's) for first-class dining. more

Super place, everything Brooks is not. Recommend to my fellow citizens if you have a choice down south you do Del Frisco's or Mortons. Do not believe the Editors, Brooks is inconsistant and mostly bad for the same money. more

The restaurant was packed. However, it had a nice bar until we were seated, which took about 2 1/2 hour. The food was great, and the staffs were very helpful. Worth the wait. Prime Rib melts in your mouth! Pros: Service, The Food, Atmosphere Cons: The Wait more

Del Frisco's seems to be establishing a clientel of family diners and not the mature, relaxed environment you may expect. There were numerous infants, todlers and pre-adolescents in attendance this weekend. A surprise for us since we were going 'somewhere nice' and leaving the childern at home! Denver's BEST 11/7/2002

The BEST steakhouse in Denver by far! Don't leave without trying the salad with goddess dressing, the petit filet, and the creamy spinach! Can't go wrong at this restaurant! Pros: valet parking, great decor, excellent service more
