I just want to thank you both for all your effort and work over the past 3 years. It was sometimes very difficult to be so far away from home and I always appreciated knowing that things were under control and that you guys would be on top of any situation that might arise. I know that at times we have had more than our share of fires to put out and I thank you for your patience and professionalism in dealing with the various issues that popped up over the years. more

Continued use of Deca! 6/20/2011

Deca managed my property for my parents long before it was even mine. I continued using Deca because it takes the burden of daily management of the property off my shoulders. Everyone at Deca is so very nice, professional, and efficient. I have already referred Deca to friends and they seem to be happy to use their services also. more

I have been with this management company for a while now. I have another home that is managed by another company and the results are not Deca caliber. By direct comparison I have found Deca superior in every matter. I will be handing over the second contract to them as soon as I can. more

Awesome Property Management Company!!! 3/30/2011

I have had another management company managing my property while I am located out of town and they were terrible. I was referred to Deca Realty Co. through a friend and thought I would give them a try. Since switching companies 3 years ago it has been WONDERFUL!!! The staff there are so helpful and polite and i feel my property is now being well maintained and is in goods hands with their company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a management company!!!!! more

Terrible Company 1/31/2011

I lived in the apartment for about 5 years. It used to be owned and managed by a different company. Once Deca became the new owners things became much worse. They stopped providing maintenance that was provided before. When something in the apartment broke they made excuses why they couldn't send anyone to fix it. The maintenance people and the people who answer the phones are rude. After I moved out I got a letter and it said that they were charging me a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning the apartment. A terrible company. more

Deca Realty Property Management St. Louis, MO is Terrible 3/10/2009

I have had Deca Realty managing my property and they are absolutely terrible! They overcharge for their services and they don't do a good job. When they make a mistake, YOU pay for it. In any other business I've dealt with, when a business makes a mistake they eat the cost....DO NOT USE DECA REALTY as a property manager for any St. Louis, MO property. You will be sad if you do!\r \r If you choose to go with Deca Realty Property Management in St. Louis, MO, watch your numbers closely because they will try to charge you for things that never happened!\r \r Bills are also not paid on time!! more

VERY RUDE!!! 12/29/2008

I looked at a property this company had for rent, and I liked the place. When we looked at the house though, the guy who showed it to us, although he was very nice, he knew NOTHING about the property and could not answer even simple questions about the house. A few days after we looked at it, I called the office to try to get some more specific answers to some questions I had about the house as well as the application process. The lady I spoke to at the office was VERY RUDE! At one point she said... "Well, what other specfic answers could you possibly need?" I was completely 'floored' that a company could operate in such a nasty way! If the lady was that rude to me BEFORE I even had a house with them, i can't even image the response I would get if I called them for some kind of issue with a house I would be renting from them. I would advise to STAY AWAY from this company!!!!! Pros: NON Cons: RUDE more
