Review content:
I lived in the apartment for about 5 years. It used to be owned and managed by a different company. Once Deca became the new owners things became much worse. They stopped providing maintenance that was provided before. When something in the apartment broke they made excuses why they couldn't send anyone to fix it. The maintenance people and the people who answer the phones are rude. After I moved out I got a letter and it said that they were charging me a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning the apartment. A terrible company.
