Review content:
I looked at a property this company had for rent, and I liked the place. When we looked at the house though, the guy who showed it to us, although he was very nice, he knew NOTHING about the property and could not answer even simple questions about the house. A few days after we looked at it, I called the office to try to get some more specific answers to some questions I had about the house as well as the application process. The lady I spoke to at the office was VERY RUDE! At one point she said... "Well, what other specfic answers could you possibly need?" I was completely 'floored' that a company could operate in such a nasty way! If the lady was that rude to me BEFORE I even had a house with them, i can't even image the response I would get if I called them for some kind of issue with a house I would be renting from them. I would advise to STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!
