I had an emergency service call to Dean's Plumbing to replace a broken water heater. The service tech was prompt and professional, but I was charged $2500. I needed hot water asap, so I didn't question the quote until I started asking around at work if that seemed high. Everyone I talked to said I was overcharged. The one thing I'm kicking myself for was that I didn't make him split out the cost of labor and the cost of the water heater on the quote, so I don't even know how much I paid for either the labor or the water heater itself. Make sure you don't make the same mistake! more

A greedy Company - Very bad! 11/29/2012

I had very bad experiences with Deans Professional. They fix your problem by trying to replace all relevant parts and a small fix can cost you like to buying a new. more

Total rip off! A family member used Dean's and got overcharged big time! Warn your elderly family members or they might hosed! Rates are ridiculous! more

Today I used Dean's Plumbing for the first time. I took a chance, choosing your company from the Yellow Pages because of the professional looking ad. I am very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The phone was answered promptly and courteously, and within 45 minutes, a plumber was at my house. Trent was polite, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. Everything we agreed upon was efficiently and neatly repaired to my satisfaction. How refreshing! Thank you all for the great experience; I will definitely call again more

Terrible, Unethical business practices 7/14/2011

Of all our years of owning a home and dealing with home repair services, our experience with Dean's Professional Plumbing has been by far the worst experience ever. We relied on them being BBB accredited but have now found out that means nothing! We only saw all their bad reviews after we had our horrible experience with them. They will tell you one thing over the phone and then the tech shows up and the prices and service is a whole different deal. Their prices are outrageous and they do not want to repair anything, they want to sell you an overpriced new furnace, water heater, or whatever else you have called them to repair. And any issues you might have expect to be screamed at by their customer service rep. Terrible! more

paid 400 for ac to work 2 days 7/6/2011

recharged my ac for 400 and it lasted two days did not call them back called another and they fixed the leaking valve for 70 bucks more

Wonderful Service 9/14/2010

It was a nice suprise that when I called Deans a real person answered the phone and was very nice and helped answer my questions about service, even on a Friday night, My mainline was clogged the very nice young lady explained how their service worked and scheduled a service call for me on Saturday when it was best for me. When the plumber arrived on Saturday afternoon he went right to work and fixed the problem, and cleaned the area cleaner than it was before he came. I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend thanks to Deans. I love this company. I will always call them when I need a plumber, Thanks for the Great service Trevor and Deans. more

Called for a service on Sunday- when the plumber arrive he gave me the price to do the work on sunday or what the cost would be to do the work on Monday. I like that he was honest with me. When he came back on Monday, he did a wonderful job. I will always call Deans. Clean + honest... they are the best. more
