Of all our years of owning a home and dealing with home repair services, our experience with Dean's Professional Plumbing has been by far the worst experience ever. We relied on them being BBB accredited but have now found out that means nothing! We only saw all their bad reviews after we had our horrible experience with them. They will tell you one thing over the phone and then the tech shows up and the prices and service is a whole different deal. Their prices are outrageous and they do not want to repair anything, they want to sell you an overpriced new furnace, water heater, or whatever else you have called them to repair. And any issues you might have expect to be screamed at by their customer service rep. Terrible!
