I called Dean's Professional Plumbing, Heating, and Air for the replacement of my air conditioner and furnace. From start to finish, I was treated in an exceptionally professional manner. Matt assessed what I needed for my home and did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want or need. Trevor did the installation and was very courteous and respectful throughout the process. He was extremely thorough and conscientious and did not leave until the job was done right. Trevor was kind to me and my two big dogs and I would definitely request him again. more

I called on Tuesday morning beacuse my air conditioning would not turn on.. By Tuesday afternoon my 31 year old furnace and air conditioner were diagnosed as terminal. The next day, a crew showed up at 12:30pm and it took 4+ hours to install new furnace and air. The techs were very polite and helpful in keeping me informed on progress. I was very happy with the whole experience. more

My parents need lots of plumbing work done to their home. I had a different company come to my parents home who quote $4,600 dollars of work plus $89 travel charge. I wanted to get a second opinion and I called Dean's Plumbing. Dean's plumbing specialist Tim L. came to my parents home and inspected all of our concerns and gave us all of our options. The quote came back at $1,995 dollars which was a deal based on what we were quoted. Tim explained their service plan which saved us 10% on all cost. Tim was extremely professional and very considerate as my parents speak English as a second language. After visiting with Tim L. in this consultation visit I was confident I could trust him to do great job. We schedule our plumbing work with Tim L. and we even schedule the appointment for a Saturday, because there were issue with the main water line Tim suggested we reschedule to the fact that City offices were not open and in the event of a pipe bursting we could really have a problem on our hand. The visit was reschedule for Tuesday. I was a little nervous leaving my parents with a language barrier alone with a plumber, but Tim connected with my parents and did a great job of slowing his speech and simplifying the process. Tim fixed all the necessary repairs. Tim even took pictures of the plumbing work before and after pictures so that I could send to my other 7 siblings all of which live out to state. I really appreciated Tim being professional, caring, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Dean's Plumbing especially if they have Plumbing Specialist like Tim L. more
