Don't Call This Company 12/24/2017

12/21/17...Satisfied with Andrews work and professionalism. But, what I was charged for the work that was done is ridiculous.....$479 to install a new kitchen faucet that I supplied. He removed the existing faucet but then added 3 shut off valves at my request for an additional $65 bringing the total cost to $544. It was $479 for labor and he was at my house for a little over an hour This was not an emergency and was done in the afternoon, not during off hours. TOTAL RIP OFF and I would not recommend this company to anybody. I asked for a rate and estimate when I called for an appointment and was told that it would be given to me after he determined the extent of the job. Very disappointing that they could not have given me a ball park cost when calling for an estimate after they have done hundreds or thousands of faucet installations over the years. Plus I am 74 and retired and was not given the senior discount that they advertise on their website. more

Plumbing and Electrical Repair 11/11/2017

Hired Dean's Professional to handle a plumbing issue and an electrical issue in our home. Cory M came to our home and did an amazing job addressing and repairing our plumbing problem. Justin came out to fix the electrical issue and was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend both Cory and Justin to handle my plumbing and electrical needs. Thanks Dean's Professional! more

A satisfied customer 5/12/2017

My sump pump was leaking so I called on a Thursday night and they were out to assess and fix the next day. The price was fair and Tine (the technician) was very helpful and a "straight shooter", which I appreciate. She had the work done quickly and was able to answer all my questions. more

Ray- Was extremely professional and provided a thorough breakdown of cost associated with work needing to be done. In addition Ray was honest about what did not need to be done. Andrew came to my condo to do a work estimate before putting my condo on the market. He arrived on time, was professionally dressed, pleasant and put shoe covers on before entering. He was very helpful in discussing the options I had with the work needed. He also mentioned some ways for me to save money on some of the options. He provided a very detailed estimate before leaving the condo. I am very pleased with the experience. more

Fantastic Service and Nice People! 2/16/2017

We hadn't worked with Dean's before but will only use them in the future. Brad was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything...even at 9pm! Rachel answered our call initially, and her customer service was fantastic! She was so kind and empathetic at a very stressful time for us (a flooded home due to a leaky pipe). Thank you, Dean's! You're our only choice in the future for our home's repairs! more

Excellent Service! 1/5/2017

The entire process with Dean's Plumbing was great. Tyler did a great job taking me through what was wrong with my water heater unit. Although I had to replace it, he did a great job installing the unit. Tyler did the installation same day, and it only took a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Deans Plumbing to anyone. more
