12/21/17...Satisfied with Andrews work and professionalism. But, what I was charged for the work that was done is ridiculous.....$479 to install a new kitchen faucet that I supplied. He removed the existing faucet but then added 3 shut off valves at my request for an additional $65 bringing the total cost to $544. It was $479 for labor and he was at my house for a little over an hour
This was not an emergency and was done in the afternoon, not during off hours.
TOTAL RIP OFF and I would not recommend this company to anybody. I asked for a rate and estimate when I called for an appointment and was told that it would be given to me after he determined the extent of the job. Very disappointing that they could not have given me a ball park cost when calling for an estimate after they have done hundreds or thousands of faucet installations over the years. Plus I am 74 and retired and was not given the senior discount that they advertise on their website.
