The sales department definately needs improvement !! In this economy I didn't feel like the salesman at Dean Sellers Ford cared if he made a happy customer or not.They also ask for money ahead of time (before the deal is complete) and no other Ford dealer does that.( I have dealt with many of them) The discussed fee for your purchase does sometimes change after the fact ( be very careful espiecially if you are working within a budget as many people are these days!!) They act as if everyone is financially set as many of them must be, Dean Sellers must pay well. Are you hiring???
