Charming salon with a terrific group of talented stylists. Everyone is super accommodating. It has a great atmosphere and is reasonably priced. They are all outstanding with color and cuts. Book early!! more

Does anybody know where the DeCut Team went? The only one that my kid trusts with his hair is Jessica, and I can't see his eyes anymore! No luck with the phone number. I hope we find them soon! more

De'Cut team is in the process of moving, but you can still get ahold of your personal stylist: Tonya, Shean, Gabe, Ryan, Tiffany, Jessica, Saki, Chelsea, Pui, Lisa, Vivian by calling them directly or by calling Pui @ (805)-297-3992. I followed the great reviews on this website right to the chair of Tracy at De cut salon. I went into the salon with drab, flat, lifeless hair and walked out looking like a million bucks! Tracy helped me pick just the right color of highlights and gave me an updated bouncy super hot haircut! The best part was I walked out spending half the amount my previous stylist charged! I love it here. Ryan Dafoe is the best! I will never get my hair cut from anyone else. I left that place feeling like a total badass ready to take on anything. The framing system by Hans Wolfe works like a charm and the staff knows what exactly they are doing. True professionals in all aspects of the word. De Cut or nothing for me. Tracy is AMAZING! 10/7/2008

I have lived in Santa Barbara for over 5 years and have been searching for the right colorist/stylist since I arrived. I found all I wanted and oh-so-much more with Tracy. She knew exactly what I was looking for with little direction, and my highlights are so amazing words cannot describe. I will return to her again and again, and will rave about her to the many people that compliment my chic-stylin' har :-) Pros: Tracy Tracy Tracy and the assistants that ensure even the thickest hair is highlighted in record time Cons: I just hope Tracy receives the recognitions she deserves. I recommend Tracy at DeCut 7/6/2008

I recently was in Santa Barbara and had the pleasure of having Tracy do my cut and color at DeCut. It turned out so well that I now travel down from Paso Robles to see her regularly. My husband as well as my friends have commented on how much they love the natural look of my new color. I highly recommend Tracy for anyone looking for a talented, reasonably priced stylist. This salon is awesome!!! I have been client of De Cut for over 10 years, and have had nothing but great experiences. I have had several of the stylists do my hair: Jessica is great, Gabe is great, and recently Tracey did my color and it was the best, most natural looking highlights I have had in a long time. Great expierence 11/10/2007

I am a guy, and as of today had been going to barber shops. I decided I need a little more style and wanted to appear ""up to date"". I was apprehensive at best, but the staff at De Cuts could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Jessica did a great job and I left De Cuts looking much better than I did coming in. I have been frequenting this salong for over four years and have NEVER had a bad experience, whether I'm in for a cut, trim, color, or style! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and have always made sure they know exactly what I want. I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed. Even in their busiest times I am treated with careful attention. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation! Pros: High quality, knowledgeable service in a nice, clean environment Cons: Can be busy on weekends - I prefer to schedule for weekdays if possible more

I love this salon. Whether I am getting color or a cut or both I am always asked if I want to have my hair dried and or styled. I never get charged extra, and if there happens to be an extra person available, I get 2 at a time! Pros: Great service everytime more

Bad Hair Year! 3/22/2006

They recommended chemically straightening my hair, even though I get it highlighted. I was apprehensive, but they assured me it was safe. $500.00 and a few weeks later, my once ""all one length to the middle of my back"" hair broke off above my ears, leaving me with one quarter of the hair I haad before the process. I'm completely devastated, and the best part is that they acknowledge no wrong doing, and no apology. My stylist admitted she was worried about what would happen before we did it. I advise no one to utilize their services. Unless of course your goal is to ruin your hair and your appearance. Bye bye De Cut Hair International more
