They recommended chemically straightening my hair, even though I get it highlighted. I was apprehensive, but they assured me it was safe. $500.00 and a few weeks later, my once ""all one length to the middle of my back"" hair broke off above my ears, leaving me with one quarter of the hair I haad before the process. I'm completely devastated, and the best part is that they acknowledge no wrong doing, and no apology. My stylist admitted she was worried about what would happen before we did it. I advise no one to utilize their services. Unless of course your goal is to ruin your hair and your appearance. Bye bye De Cut Hair International
