Honest Dealership Service 2/10/2015

Met by the service manager, Jerry VanHoeven upon arrival. Very forthright and honest. Service 30K no more than an oil change vice other dealerships that charge for inspecting a vehicle with 100K warranty. A broken part was found and fixed under warranty. Should have been found by my home dealership. more

I am in FLorida as a snowbird, did not purchase my car on Florida. I brought it for its first service and they could not have been more professional or courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealer more

Always great service! 1/20/2015

I have a ten year old Sonata and have been bringing it to Daytona Hyundai for Auto Butler (cleaning) and oil change/lube three or four times a year ever since I bought the car. They always provide great service and a free shuttle home while work is performed. I love the dealership and my car and I definitely recommend both to anyone. more

Take way too long for a simple oil and filter service 1/19/2015

Almost two hours is just too long. After service was completed, they offered a free wash which I accepted. More than 30 minutes to have the wash then more than fifteen minutes to see the cashier. Very poor time usage by all involved. more

Great service 1/16/2015

The best part about service at Daytona Hyundai is that if something needs to be done, I'm consulted and, more importantly, if something doesn't need to be done, I'm notified. I also appreciate the time the sales people take to answer my questions even though I'm only in for service and my usual salesman is off. I look forward to spending a couple of hours at the dealership when I come in. more

Hyundai Car Service 1/15/2015

Efficient, their customer care is awesome. I had a flat tire and from the first call to the completion of the repair it was totally customer care at it's best! They were very busy this day but I did not feel ignored. This is my fourth vehicle from this location and I will continue with this location next time. more
