My wife and I took a vacation to Indiana to see some family and it was our first time to Tell City. The customer service was exceptional and the rooms were clean and smelled great.

Soft and comfortable 11/30/2010

Although the room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, the whole hotel could use a nice upgrade. New paint, curtains, tile, carpeting etc. We thought the pool being open til 8:30pm was a bit strange, but understood since it was outdoors. The price was right for the hotel. We didn't feel unsafe, and were able to park very close to the room. more

Very helpful 11/30/2010

I had reserved a king size smoking room on the internet and when we arrived the reservation was for a queen non smoking room. The person at the front desk was very helpful and apologized and did the best she could. On the other hand, we were traveling with our 2 dogs and the facility was very accommodating. The room was on the first floor and opened up to the outside (very helpful when taking the dogs out) instead of going through hallways and elevators to get outside. It was very quiet, less stimulus for the dogs. The front desk clerk made sure we were in a room away from noisy guests, which was very nice of her. more
