Review content:
I had reserved a king size smoking room on the internet and when we arrived the reservation was for a queen non
smoking room. The person at the front desk was very helpful and apologized and did the best she could. On the
other hand, we were traveling with our 2 dogs and the facility was very accommodating. The room was on the first
floor and opened up to the outside (very helpful when taking the dogs out) instead of going through hallways and
elevators to get outside. It was very quiet, less stimulus for the dogs. The front desk clerk made sure we were in a
room away from noisy guests, which was very nice of her.
