This was by far THE BEST car buying experience Ive ever had. Rick was so much fun and very attentive. He looked into the needs I had specified and made proper suggestions when I needed them. He met my time frame and budget effortlessly and even went out of his way to make my experience perfect even when it may have been inconvenient for him. Not only did Rick treat me like a member of his family, but so did a few of the other fellas. Pat, Brad, and Gary: just to name a few. Any female would surely have the same experience I did and would leave there successful and feeling respected. more

My overall experience was excellent. Lori greeted me warmly when I entered the Dealership, listened to what I wanted and worked diligently along with Gary the General Manager and Rick in Financing. All in all my experience was wonderful and I WILL recommend Imprts by Day and Lori to all my friends and family. more

The people at Imports by Day were very knowledgeable and friendly and not overly pushy as they are at most other dealerships. They focused their attention on the features that were most important to me as a customer who spends close to 2 hours a day in the car commuting to work and also transports her young child around in the vehicle. Rick Duggal was very helpful in pointing out the features that would be important for traveling with a child in the vehicle based on safety, security, entertainment, and comfort. Justin Scheib was also helpful in the decison making process as he brought yet another perspective to the situation. One of the sales managers, Pat Green, was very willing to work with me on the deal and pricing of the vehicle to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal that they could offer. The entire process was very smooth and easy and took a minimal amount of time. Jack Martz was very informative during the final sale process as we went through a stack of paperwork he described everything that I was signing in detail and was open to answer questions that I had. Overall, I will return here when I'm in the market for another vehicle and recommend it highly!! more

I had a wonderful experience with Imports by Day. This is the first car I've ever purchased myself, and I was rather apprehensive about the whole process. However, both the salesperson (David) and the finance specialist (Jack) were very patient and helpful. David listened to what I was looking for in a car and found the perfect one for me--I wasn't even familiar with the model, but it had everything I needed. The service was personable and efficient--the staff work together well to create a very inviting and helpful environment. Jack was also great in explaining financing and what needed to be completed. I'd absolutely recommend Imports by Day. (PS: the cookies they have there are also very tasty!) more

I do not think Rick treated me the same way he would a man, I say this as a positive thing. I think because I was a young, woman, first-time car buyer he was extra helpul in making sure I had no questions at all and understood everything fully. He was very thorough and explained everything very detailed and was extremely helpful overall. Brad, the manager, and Jack, the finance manger were also extremely nice and helpful. more

Sticker prices are OK here. I've seen a couple good deals on some older model VWs, but never on the Audi stock. Maintainence is, for a dealer, extremely reasonable. I wouldn't buy a car here because of the pushy staff-- but this is something you deal with wherever you goto buy a car. I'd recommend Day if you live in the area, or you need work done on a lease vehicle by an authorized dealer. more
