Review content:
The people at Imports by Day were very knowledgeable and friendly and not overly pushy as they are at most other dealerships. They focused their attention on the features that were most important to me as a customer who spends close to 2 hours a day in the car commuting to work and also transports her young child around in the vehicle. Rick Duggal was very helpful in pointing out the features that would be important for traveling with a child in the vehicle based on safety, security, entertainment, and comfort. Justin Scheib was also helpful in the decison making process as he brought yet another perspective to the situation. One of the sales managers, Pat Green, was very willing to work with me on the deal and pricing of the vehicle to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal that they could offer. The entire process was very smooth and easy and took a minimal amount of time. Jack Martz was very informative during the final sale process as we went through a stack of paperwork he described everything that I was signing in detail and was open to answer questions that I had. Overall, I will return here when I'm in the market for another vehicle and recommend it highly!!
