I had a wonderful experience with Imports by Day. This is the first car I've ever purchased myself, and I was rather apprehensive about the whole process. However, both the salesperson (David) and the finance specialist (Jack) were very patient and helpful. David listened to what I was looking for in a car and found the perfect one for me--I wasn't even familiar with the model, but it had everything I needed. The service was personable and efficient--the staff work together well to create a very inviting and helpful environment. Jack was also great in explaining financing and what needed to be completed. I'd absolutely recommend Imports by Day. (PS: the cookies they have there are also very tasty!)
