Years of great service, no complaints 8/27/2015

Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. originally put my furnace and air conditioner ten years ago. Their technicians did a great job with the installation and they have done a great job servicing it ever since. Both units are under a ten years warranty that covers repairs, so I have only paid for yearly service calls in that time. When my air conditioner stopped working in July, Robert came out to fix it. He has serviced both the air conditioner and the furnace in the past, and I really appreciate his service. He always arrives promptly and works efficiently. He is experienced enough to know what he is looking for and how to fix it. I have never had a complaint about the service I have received from this company. I've been a customer of Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. for at least twenty years. When I call for service, they're very quick with sending people out. The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. They only do the work you ask them to do, and don't try to have extra stuff done or find problems that aren't there. They're great! more

Very Satisfactory. 7/21/2015

My wife and I have had a very satisfactory experience with Day & Night Mechanical Solutions. They were able to help us really quickly for one thing. Some places were quoting 2 to 3 weeks. We take care of our grand children, so we needed the a.c fixed faster than that. The technicians that came to help was very knowledgeable. He had to replace the motor on the heater, and shortly after the AC froze, and he had to replace the entire compressor unit. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him a lot of questions, which he was able to answer. I like the warranty and quality of their products. Other people I spoke with spent two to three thousand more for a product that wasn't as good. They also offer a lifetime warranty that covers both the unit and labor. I would recommend their service. more

Price Was Great But the Permitting Process Not So Much. 5/1/2015

I had Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. install some furnaces and two air condition units for me and the experience has been interesting. On the one hand, it looks to me like the installation of the furnace was adequate. My major problem is that I haven't be able to have the building codes permitted that are required by the county with their installation. I was able to complete the HVAC codes but I haven't been able to get a permit for the electrical work completed. I guess my issue would be that Day & Night has hasn't really contacted me or suggested me an electrician. Their price and their work was adequate. But this whole permitting process has really blindsided me. I think part of the issue lies with county but I feel like I'm stuck somewhere in the middle. more

It's Like They Weren't Even There 3/25/2015

Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc were great. They were so good that I can't even remember them really coming over. We hired them to do a tune up to our furnace and they did what they said they were going to do. Our furnace works great and we have no complaints. The prices were reasonable and we would use them again if we needed to. more

I had a great experience working with Day & Night Mechanical Solutions. They're pretty friendly and responded to me fast and were easy to contact. The resolution of our internal water heater was done quickly and the charges matched perfectly. There was not incident where I had to go back and forth. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling jobs. more

Day & Night Mechanical solutions did a great job for us! They replaced our furnace and transferred furnaces from one to the other. We have a 2-year-old at home, and we were down without heat for maybe an hour and a half. They were good at being able to do what they said they were going to do and take care of the transfer for us! more

The guys at Day & Night Mechanical Solutions were very personable, courteous, clean and conscientious. They were nice enough people and definitely knew what they were doing. I am not sure if I am saving as much I had hoped to and have had it for a month so far, but it works very well. I bought an expensive boiler heater and the installation went well; no complaints. They did a very professional job and I will continue to use them in my other properties on a regular basis more

Great first-time experience 9/26/2014

My furnace needed a tune-up so I looked around and hired Day & Night Mechanical Solutions for their level of professionalism on the phone. They sent a very knowledgeable technician out to do a check-up and adjustments and I thought he did a good job. He was prompt, honest, and thorough. I'd recommend them. more
