Day & Night Mechanical Solution installed a furnace and a hot water heater for me in just one day. The service was pretty good and the technicians were pleasant. I would use them again, and I've already recommended them to my neighbors. more

Quick, expensive and good service 3/24/2016

I was quoted $90 for a service fee from Day & Night Mechanical Solutions, and it ended up being an additional $120 for the labor. They charged additional money for four minutes of work to change out a piece element for the heater. The guy who came was nice and helpful, but the price wasn't what I expected it to be. The installation was quick and easy and great--it just cost a lot more than expected. I would suggest that they charge a higher dispatch fee and a lower work/labor fee. more

I wasn't here when the people from Day & Night Mechanical Solutions came, but my wife said that they were very good. They replaced the motor in our furnace and my wife said they were very courteous and they were honest and efficient. They got the work done in a timely matter and the price was reasonable, actually. I would recommend them to anybody. more

Fast quality service 2/22/2016

Day & Night Mechanical Solutions installed a new furnace for me. I had never used them before but their prices seemed reasonable and it came down to how quickly they could get to me. They came out pretty quickly, the technician arrived on time, and he did an excellent job with the furnace installation. Their prices seemed to be about average with everybody else and I would go back again if I needed to. more

Great customer service, honest, competitive price. 2/19/2016

Day & Night Mechanical Solutions installed a new furnace, did it quickly, and accommodated my schedule. They went over and above to be available on the day that would work for me. I had three different bids I was looking at and theirs was one of the lowest, so their prices were very competitive. When I met with them and had them out for the quote I felt as though their approach to replacing the furnace was more thorough so I went with them in the end. This was my first time using them and I would go back again. I was impressed by the person who did the quote and the technician who did the installation. The guy who gave me the quote was very thorough in foreseeing any potential issues and dealing with that in his bid. The technician was very accommodating of my schedule; they were running behind and they wanted to postpone the appointment but I did not have any other available days. They moved things around for me in order to be able to put the furnace in on the day they said they would. They got the job done very quickly, too, and I would recommend them. more

A very positive experience 2/16/2016

Our furnace wasn't working properly so we called Day & Night Mechanical Solutions to come look at it. The technician looked at it and told us that he didn't think our furnace would last much longer, so he recommended we get a new one and we decided to go with it. We're very glad we did, he gave us two options because we have a small space and we went with the furnace that he has in his house. We figured that if it's good enough for him, it would be a good product and he was right. We love our new furnace, we didn't realize how little heat our old furnace was giving off until we got the new one installed. We've been very warm this winter and if we ever need repairs, we'll be calling Day & Night Mechanical Solutions. Everyone we dealt with was excellent, we highly recommend them! more

Anthony is fantastic. 1/26/2016

Day and Night Mechanical Solutions are a good company and I would rate them highly but Anthony specifically is fantastic. Over the last three or four years I have always asked for Anthony and I think I have gotten him all but one time. He was just here about 6 weeks ago, I bought a house and I needed a gas dryer so he came out over a two day period and installed a gas line for the dryer and did everything perfectly. He has also fixed my furnace at my old house and he fixed a water heater and a thermocouple. He always does a great job and keeps things clean. I would tell anyone to use the service especially Anthony. more

Good experience, informative, excellent work. 1/19/2016

I got a furnace and a hot water heater from Day & Night and I was very pleased. The only concern I had was I have a tiny 12-inch furnace. I was told they don't make them anymore. So I had to have some plaster work done to get a new unit to fit my home. Day & Night were just wonderful, a friend recommended them and I am glad I took it. I had to do some follow up electrical work and he went out of his way to give me a good price, I am on a tight budget remodeling a condo and it was really appreciated. Getting a new furnace is never really fun but if you have to do it, call Day & Night, you won't regret it. more

Great 12/15/2015

I think the customer service on the phone with Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. wasn't as great as they were in person. The guy who showed up to the house was great. He was friendly and professional. There was a little bit of miscommunication. I thought they were going to update the thermostat, but the techs who actually came didn't get that order so they didn't update the thermostat. It was fine though because everything works great with the new furnace. They turned our order around quickly. more

We have an all-electrical house and decided it was time to re-do our vents. John and Ben offered us some really good ideas and suggestions about how to re-do them and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. They did a really great job in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and explained everything really thoroughly. For their prices and service, I would definitely recommend them! more

Efficient, trustworthy repair for a last-minute emergency 10/29/2015

Day & Night Mechanical Solutions really helped me out at a really trying time. I work for a mobile marketing company and I travel with my equipment, but it went out on me right before I was meeting with a client and I had a very short time to get it fixed. I couldn't find anyone and I was starting to worry, but then I found Day & Night and they were able to come out right away. They were there two hours before my client, and everything worked out perfectly. Their prices were very fair for what they could do with it. The cost of the equipment was expensive, but he did what he could to source the cheapest but best quality options. Their customer service was very friendly- it felt like a family. They took matters in to their own hands, said "don't worry about it," and I felt like I could trust them. Day & Night is a very good, trustworthy company to go to. more

Over all was exceptional 10/7/2015

Day and Night is a top notch company. John Boone will deliver what he promises. I received an upgrade on my furnace at no extra cost. Ben the installer was superb and was helpful in relating all aspects of how everything works. The office staff is awesome, Sharmain walked me thru paper work on the computer. Good service for a good price! 10/7/2015

We have used Day & Night several times- we actually bought our air conditioner from them. When our AC wasn't working recently, they came out to fix it on a Saturday and they didn't even charge extra for a weekend call. We called them again because they have great service for a very reasonable price. more

Both the company and the technician were excellent. 10/2/2015

I called Night and Day Mechanical in order to prepare my ac and furnace units for the fall and winter seasons. I easily setup an appointment, and the technician arrived on time. He came to clean the filters and do some maintenance and diagnostic work. He did an excellent job explaining his work and giving me some information on how to take care of the systems on my own. He suggested that he should come back in a few weeks to check the filters again and do some other prep work as the seasons change- at an agreeable time for both of us. I have already recommended them to my daughter who is going to get some similar maintenance work. more

A neighbor of mind recommended them and thank goodness he did. Not only much cheaper, but warranty much better. They guys were super putting in A/C and furnace units, also added more return ducts. The owner was easy to work with and did everything they said they would do for the set price. Very happy and highly recommend them. more
