Review content:
The physician I met with did not spend the time needed to address my concerns. I waited in the office for roughly an hour before I ever met with the physician, then he spent roughly five minutes with me. The best thing I can say about this practice is that the receptionist was pleasant. Nonetheless, the office is poorly managed. Paperwok is not printed in advance of the patient's arrival, it is printed after the patient arrives. Obviously this leads to long delays. Excluding the receptionist, the rest of the staff members I encountered did not seem happy to be there and were not very polite. I left quite disappointed, as I expected more from this organization.
