Worst customer service ever! Every time my daughter and I have been in we literally had to beg for help. We bought my daughter's wedding gown there only because the dress was beautiful on her (not that the sales staff knew, I had to help her get in and out of it) and the price was reasonable. We were told to not have anyone else alter the dress until after we got our complimentary steam because they wouldn't touch it if any one else had. We were also told to wait until about 2-3 weeks out to have it steamed. When I did take it in they asked when the wedding was then told me I could pick it up 2 days before her wedding! That leaves no time for outside alterations. Sounds like a scheme to make sure they are the only ones who get your alterations money. Do yourself a favor and bypass the complimentary steam......I am the only one steamed now! more

Let me say that this is not only a review about the store but also online ordering as well. As for the store, you can forget getting any one on one help. It's not going to happen. I have been in the store on three different occassions and the sales clerks all looked at me like I was crazy, pointed me on my way and that was it, I was on my own. As for online ordering, I was going to go that route after getting no help in the store, well guess what??? Online ordering does not work and you cannot get in touch with anyone at the Customer Service number. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. Yeah right, I'm still waiting for that to happen and it's been five phone calls and two months later. They have beautiful gowns but their customer service ruins it for them. This was my first and last place that I looked for my wedding dress. Ashley was my consultant for my wedding and she was extremely helpful. It is definitely a great place to start your wedding gown search in Macon, and it just might be the place you end up purchasing your gown due to the attention that is given to each bride. If possible, you should try to schedule appointments on a day other than Saturday as it does get fairly packed inside. Sometimes you just have to be there on a Saturday, say if you are getting all of your bridesmaids together to pick out dresses, but just a fair warning, you will not get the best service, given that each consultant is juggling at least 3 brides on a Saturday afternoon. more
