Let me say that this is not only a review about the store but also online ordering as well. As for the store, you can forget getting any one on one help. It's not going to happen. I have been in the store on three different occassions and the sales clerks all looked at me like I was crazy, pointed me on my way and that was it, I was on my own. As for online ordering, I was going to go that route after getting no help in the store, well guess what??? Online ordering does not work and you cannot get in touch with anyone at the Customer Service number. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. Yeah right, I'm still waiting for that to happen and it's been five phone calls and two months later. They have beautiful gowns but their customer service ruins it for them.
