Worst customer service ever! Every time my daughter and I have been in we literally had to beg for help. We bought my daughter's wedding gown there only because the dress was beautiful on her (not that the sales staff knew, I had to help her get in and out of it) and the price was reasonable. We were told to not have anyone else alter the dress until after we got our complimentary steam because they wouldn't touch it if any one else had. We were also told to wait until about 2-3 weeks out to have it steamed. When I did take it in they asked when the wedding was then told me I could pick it up 2 days before her wedding! That leaves no time for outside alterations. Sounds like a scheme to make sure they are the only ones who get your alterations money. Do yourself a favor and bypass the complimentary steam......I am the only one steamed now!
