Amazing beautiful dress! Wonderful customer service! 7/29/2010

Bought my dress 2 years ago. Got it hemed, bussled, taken in, steamed, and a new zipper added for 250.00.to me it was 100% worth it! Everyone was so nice and treated me like a queen! I would highly recommend getting a wedding dress from davids bridal. The alterations were a bit high in price but for the dress and store policies it was WELL WORTH it. Its always worth spending that extra alteration expense for a wedding dress. more

Horrible customer service 12/15/2008

Unsatisfactory is not the term for the rating that they deserve. Ranging from the management to the disrespectful representatives at the corporate office. This company misrepresents their policies and does not follow through with giving anything close to good customer service. This is the second time I have had a major issue with this company and would not recommend to any bride or wedding party member to do business with them. I have never written a review for customer service before but feel that this is necessary for people to know. more
