I can t say enough not to visit this location!!!! \r
I have visited three times and each time was a disappointment. \r
1st visit, I was put into a gown I did not ask the sales lady to pull that was way out of my price range and fell in love with it, only to find out I couldn t afford it and ended up crying because I was so sad and embarrassed, she then put me in a discontinued gown hat he needed to get rid of and made me feel I had no better choice so I bought it even though I didn t love it. It was not the experience I was hoping, these are just the main points I am leaving out other things. \r
2nd visit was for bridesmaids, the sales lady (a different one) had no cooth, she told my MOH her boobs looked saggy, another BM that dress does nothing for you and was impossible to locate. At check out she extremely embarrassed three of my girls because they didn t have the money to order that day. Insisted my MOH to call her husband to see if they could afford it. She told them they needed o order now (may) because once summer gets here, when most weddings are the orders would take longer to fill. If the weddings are in the summer, would the dresses already be made/delivered? If your gonna be a pushy sales person I d think you could be smarter about it. \r
3rd visit I went with a BM that was unable to go the day everyone else did, on the way to the store in conversation she helped me realize I really did not like my wedding dress and I was obviously upset about this, however the good news was that I could exchange it. After not being helped at the store we one her dress, tried it on the hunted down a salesperson. This gave me time to clearly see the store was nearly empty. I began looking through dresses and found n that really struck me. The assistant manager came by introduced herself and asked if she could help. We then followed her \r
To the front counter where she said nobody is available to help and I need. Make an appointment to come back. This was very sad for me because I was really hoping to see something that would make. Feel better about getting a dress I didn t like. She would not allow me to try he dress on myself and we left. In the car she calls me acknowledging she saw I was sad hen I left, but restated I needed an appointment. I have witnessed consultants help more than one at a time, and i know there were not very many oeople n the store, it was 2:40pm on a tuesday...besides how long does it take o see ne dress? I told her that I did not understand why if everyone was busy she herself did not help me try on that me dress, rather than let me leave crying. She was silent and I told her I d be going o another location. Which I did, San Felipe....the girls were great and Betsy helped me find my dream dress. I know the is a long review but the dress is a big deal to us and they need to understand that when we are helping pay their paycheck! Don t waste your time, drive a little further for better service!
