Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They treat you like you are a regular customer that they've known for years. Good products, fair prices. I'd rather give them the business than other big chain stores, and they deserve it. If they didn't, I would go to the other guys even though I am very pro-local business. They have a dog-wash there, that is very nice, and they also offer obedience classes, which I hope to make use of! more

this is a letter for the owner Dave,There is a young man named Kenny who has the most excellent customer service I have ever received in my life.At the same time he was helping me out with his sales and knowledge of fish,he was running around your store,waiting on other customers!You are very very lucky to have such a great respectful and caring person working for you!I have worked customer service for 20 years,so I know what I mean! get him on your show!He knows ALOT about fish &how to take care of tanks!Thank you Kenny.Pamela St.Sauveur and son more

Great pet store 10/24/2008

Dave's has a weird mix of stuff, which I think people can guess from the name. There are plenty of drinks stacked in the store, as well as pets for sale and pet supplies.\r \r The prices are good, and the selection of supplies is unique. There is plenty of parking, though I think the store is a bit difficult to get to. If you don't know its there, you probably won't find it. more

Great prices, awesome selection 10/16/2008

Dave's is a huge store, and they stock about everything you could ever want for your pet. Supplies for fish, reptiles, birds, dogs, cats and more!\r \r At times they can be under-staffed, and you have to wait. But the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are standard.\r \r I will only buy fish from Dave's, as they are the only ones that seem to last! more

Dave's has everything you need for your pet. We found the perfect dog food for a finicky dog with allergies here. Most everything is reasonably priced and the staff is knowledgeable. Thank You Dave! more

Daves Soda and Pet City was very helpful to me when I needed information on purchasing a lizard. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I was very happy with the service there. more

This place is very accessible for returning large quantities of cans and bottles. They try to keep this place clean in spite of the remaining liquids in the bottles/cans attracting insects. Employees have always been helpful and the prices seem reasonable. more

A wide variety to choose from for pets and more 11/7/2007

Dave's offers everything! I recently went to get some dog food and some items for my aquarium. They had quite an assortment to choose from, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great. I had 2 different coupons and they let me use both. They even had someone come out to my car to help me put the heavy bags in my truck. I was impressed and will return again soon. more
