Did fix the vehicle. Miss quoted me the charges. Ended up paying more than double the original quote. Was not offered any other options.

Lack of respect for customers intelligence. 10/30/2013

I believe in my case that they were trying to rack up the repair bill. After a 2 to 3 hour, and $200.00 look at the CNG system on my truck, the manager told me they would need 2 more hours to make sure they found all the problems. This is not a F16 fighter jet. In my opinion 2 to 3 hours should be plenty of time for someone who knows what they are doing to find any problems in that system. I took the truck to another shop where they believe they can fix the problem for 900.00 bucks. Dave's auto wanted to charge me close to 500 just to find the problem. They might do good work, but buyer beware. more

Quality Service, Convenient Location 9/28/2013

I did not have to take my vehicle in to a dealer to have it worked on. Their online appointment request was very efficient and they were able to get me in straight away. Very friendly service. more

Just what the title said. They got it done but they seem to cost a bit more than others. But, they got me in 1st thing and done in a timely way. more

I hate paying for repairs but I find that they are easier to swallow after careful explanations from the staff at Dave's. I may not enjoy paying for repairs but I always leave knowing that they are fair charges for the work needed. more

They are honest in what service the car needs 8/25/2013

I have taken my vehicles to Dave's for several years now. I believe in getting my vehicles serviced. But I also have to deal with my budget. They are very good about telling me what needs to be done and helping me determine how urgent those things are. I then bring my vehicles in when I have the money to pay for those services. more

Great service 8/21/2013

Miles provided excellent customer service. He kept me up to date on the repairs and the analysis of the issues. He let me know all of the costs up front before repairs were made. The team repaired the car quickly. Miles even stayed after hours to help me receive my vehicle the same day. Any customer would be happy to have him help them through the process. more

I have been coming to Dave's in Centerville for many years since acquiring my CNG Cavalier. Dave's has taken care of any and all issues that my car has experienced. They are very upfront, friendly and very easy to have them manage my cars health. Thanks Dave for being there for me and my car. Honest and friendly 6/26/2013

My most recent visit to Dave's was for a replacement of the window motor in the family van. With eight kids we rely on that beast every day and driving with the window down in the summer heat was just not working. Even with parts that needed to be ordered, the van window was fixed in record time and for less that I expected to pay. more

great customer service and confidence 6/14/2013

I took my vehicle in to have the a/c charged. They charged it and told me, if i have a leak they'll fix it and not charge for any additional Freon. Very contentious and straight forward. more
