The parts department in the lower level of the store is outstanding and the people behind the service counter absolutely know their stuff.

I find that they have a great selection of hard to find parts and decent prices. I have a big problem with a 2 week no refund only store credit return policy. I think a refund opt...

DataVision - Great Service 6/28/2010

Our corporate account has been with DataVision with 13yrs and they have always come through. Our last minute requests have been met with urgency. Joey has been the driving force for us to keep coming back to DataVision and making it all happen. Even though other vendors were backordered for a month, Joey will make every effort to deliver it next day. We look forward doing business with them for a long foreseeable future.? more

the customer service has beent he best by far considering the reputation for electronics stores in manhattan having less than informative sales and customer service this is a needle in a haystack the diamond in the rough yes datavision computer video is and always will be my place to shop management and sales and service is great as well as product availability they are authorized by every manufacturer known to man which means no warranties are void as opposed to the other establishments withing the vicinity this place stands out? more

Excellent service 6/24/2010

when i first walked in i was greeted by the management at the front of the stor as i walked in and after thhat i felt as though there was'.nt a question that they didnt have an answer to the service was great staff was very informative and patient as im not so versed in todays tehnology they took the time out to make sure i knew what i was buying and what i can utilize it for by far the best experience that i've had and i will be coming back as i will be in need of a digital camera soon until then keep up the good work datavision computer video and management? more

I purchased a Sony 52" HDTV and a Home Theater Receiver. Both the sales person and the sales managers had given me an absolute amazing service. They were fair and stood behind their promises! Will buy again!? more

I walked in to buy a notebook and was helped right away by a very knowledgeable salesperson and took care of me every way possible. He gave me a great deal on all the items I purchased and answered all my questions. I will definitely shop there again for all my computer needs.? more

WENT TO DATAVISION AND BOUGHT A LAPTOP AND WITHIN A WEEK HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE LAPTOP AND THEY TOKE IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT FOR A NEW ONE WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.BEFORE I LEFT THEY SENT ME TO THE TECH TO CHECK THE NEW ONE.I LEFT VERY HAPPY.WILL RECOMEND AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEM.GOOD JOB DATAVISION? more

I purchased a complete home theatre setup 6/9/2010

I purchased a complete $5000 Marantz home theater bundle from Joy Suede (the store manager) and not only did he save me a ton of money, but I was treated with courtesy, respect and as a valued customer. After reading a few negative reviews, I was almost positive that Datavision was going to be another rip off joint, but it turned out that my suspicions were incorrect to the extreme. When I chose incompatible and more expensive items for my system, Joey went out of the way to make sure to convince me of my errors, so I got better equipment at lower prices. He even opened 2 different A/V units and had a tech hook them up so I could A/B them before I walked out. I had trouble installing some of the inwall speakers and wasnt sure about HDMI over CAT5 - but joey put me on the phone with his head tech who walked me through it. He even gave me extra cables (I ebayed them sorry Joey :) ) just in case I made an error! All in all I had an excellent experience and will shop there again soon! more
